The first thing that greets you when you open the front door

is the lovely entrance and the reality of spacious living.

This a view of the breakfast nook next to the kitchen. The kitchen and utility room is fully equipped with top-of-the range Whirlpool

American-sized fridge-freezer, washer and dryer. Don’t want to eat out or take-away, well you can cook your own gourmet meal on our large gas stove or microwave oven.

This picture shows the dining room which can seat 6-8 people

in eloquent surroundings.

This is the family room and has cable TV, VCR and a

CD player installed for your leisure moments.

This a view to the front of the house and is set

on a 1/3^rd of an acre, so plenty of space – not you usual cramped-in rental property. All rear doors are fitted with pool alarms to alert you to the anyone entering the pool area.

The house sits on a corner lot with views of the local lakes.

This is the sitting room and we have set the décor with a Chinese theme. No TV to disturb you in this quiet corner of the house

When not rushing around the theme parks, golf courses

or the shopping malls, then enjoy this screened 28ft x 14ft

pool which is set within an enlarged deck area where you

can relax on high quality pool furniture, enjoy the scenery

or “eat-out” on the pool-side table and chairs.

The villa has four large bedrooms with two en-suit masters. The main master has a study area. Cable TV is installed in the master bedrooms, family room and bedroom 3. An XBOX games machine with DVD and TV are installed in the “kids” room. There are 3 VCR and 1 additional DVD with video and DVD collection.
